Journyx has identified a potentially serious issue with versions of Timesheet prior to the current releases (7.1 and 5.6m3). The issue is related to scheduled emails & reports in Timesheet and clock resetting related to the switch from Daylight Savings Time back to Standard Time. This issue results in Timesheet sending approvals emails and running scheduled reports in extreme excess of the settings for these activities.

But Wait, There's Good News, Too

Journyx has developed a quick and easy fix for this issue and has included that fix in Timesheet 7.1 and Timesheet 5.6m3. Please read the section below that describes your organization and follow the link contained within to reach instructions on how to upgrade to the appropriate fixes version of Timesheet.

Users of Timesheet 7.0

If you are on 7.0 and your maintenance is current, then you can upgrade to 7.1 at no cost. Please read this page for instructions and download links.

Users of Timesheet 5.6

If you are on 5.6 and your maintenance contract is current, see this page for upgrade links and instructions.

Users of Timesheet 5.0, 5.5 and 5.5.2

If you are using Timesheet 5.0, 5.5 or 5.5.2 (including any m-patch version), please see this page for the instructions and links you will need to update to version 5.6m3.
