How can I report on time entered in other systems in Journyx Timesheet?
In Timesheet v7.6, there are new import tools for record import from text files. Time, expense or mileage records can be imported into Timesheet for manipulation and/or reporting. Export reports from other systems can be used as the basis for these import files with simple (or potentially no) formatting adjustments. The record import tools allow you to pull all of your time and expenses into a single system for reporting and analysis.
I like to choose my project/task before I start timing my work, but my Stopwatch forces me to choose the time entry details after I have completed the work. What can I do?
Stopwatch screens include the option to choose your project/task details at the start or completion of your work. The Timesheet Administrator for your company can assign Stopwatch screens that work either way. If your Stopwatch screen requires you to enter details when work is completed, you can simply choose another Stopwatch screen under Preferences → Entry Screens.
If no other Stopwatch screen is available, you can ask your Administrator to create a new one or assign an existing one to your group. Administrators can create Stopwatch screens that require detail entry on the first punch under Configuration → Entry Screens → Stopwatch Modules.
