How can I change the column sort order for Timesheet search results?
In version 7.0 and later versions of Timesheet, the option to search for various items is included on many of the main administration screens. Each screen has a default method for sorting the search results - typically alphabetical order by the first column on the left side. However, you can sort (both ascending and descending) by other columns when the column name is underlined.
In order to change the default sorting, you must first show all of the search results on the screen. You can then click on the name of the column to sort by that column. The first time you click on the column, it will sort in ascending order. The second time you click on it, the sort order will switch to descending. If there are too many search results to display on one screen, try narrowing the search by user, group, status, etc.
How can I remove crayon from my walls?
According to Heloise, you should do the following:
- Navigate to your cleaning supply closet.
- Open the door (because clicking on it probably won't help).
- Grab your dry-cleaning solvent and open it.
- Pour it on a terry-cloth towel and rub it on almost any surface (except antique wallpaper or sensitive skin - ouch).
While Timesheet can't remove the offending drawings directly, you can always use it to track the amount of time you spent scrubbing.
