Rapid and accurate problem resolution depends on detailed information. To facilitate resolution to your issue, please provide as many of the following data points as possible:


Support discontinued for Timesheet versions prior to 5.0m3 as of February 10, 2006.



 
  • Your name and phone number
  • Your company name
  • The version of Timesheet you are running
  • The operating system of the server Timesheet is installed on
  • Which database your Timesheet software is connected to
  • The text of any error message the system is generating
  • How critical this problem is for you and your users
  • If you have encountered an error while installing Timesheet 5.5 or higher for Windows, please be sure to attach the following log files to your email if possible:

    • %TEMP%\JournyxTimesheetSetupLog.txt
    • %WTHOME%\IntegrationLog.txt
