Journyx Accountlink - The Timesheet/QuickBooks Integration

Journyx Projectlink - The Timesheet/MS Project Integration

Journyx Projectlink provides your team members with an interface for tracking detailed project actuals at any time from any location. Journyx Projectlink provides your managers with accurate, up-to-date status for project coordination and cost control. Journyx Projectlink works with both MS Project and Project Server (v 2006 & later).

Journyx Data Validation Tool

The Data Validation Tool (DVT) provides a mechanism that allows Timesheet administrators to configure flexible rules to enforce certain key restrictions on how users enter their time. The DVT addresses five specific types of Data Validation Rules: Future Entry Restrictions, Drop Down Restrictions, Hour Validation Rules, Minute Increment Rules, and Holiday Validation Rules.

This toolset is available for $600 and includes a ½ hour web training/consultation with a Journyx Professional Services expert.

Journyx Payroll Rules Engine

The Payroll Rules Engine (PRE) is a module for Timesheet that produces payroll-provider specific export files containing all of the payroll data collected by Timesheet for your company. The PRE includes options to preview & validate data in a custom report. The PRE export file can be uploaded directly to payroll providers that support direct upload or sent manually to those that require manual submission. The PRE is compatible with ADP, Paychex and many others. Additionally, Journyx Professional Services can write any other file format for a one-time additional fixed price fee.

Journyx DCAA Toolset

The DCAA Toolset helps you enhance DCAA compliance for time entry by identifying all users who are required to track time and notifying them via email if they have not logged time for the current day. It also includes a contractor timesheet report which produces a typical "timesheet style" report for each selected user within a given range. Each timesheet can be configured to print on an individual page, improving readability, storage and distribution abilities. This toolset also expands on Timesheet's built-in audit log with a scan and return ability providing pertinent data for specified users and date ranges. With this tool installed, it's a snap to identify changes to your Timesheet database in an easy-to-read format that can be exported, emailed or saved for future reference.

Journyx Self-Service SQL Query Tool

The Self-Service SQL Query Reporting Tool allows Timesheet customers with in-house SQL expertise to write their own database queries and view the results of those queries as custom reports within Timesheet. Each of these reports has its own title, access settings, preferences, and even runtime parameters, making this tool a true DIY reporting kit for Timesheet.
