Configuration And Training

Journyx offers configuration and training services to our clients. Journyx Timesheet is a flexible, powerful and complex product designed to satisfy and solve multiple business needs. As such, configuration options are numerous, and a firm understanding of business processes as well as the workings of the Timesheet aids significantly in determining optimal configuration. Journyx Professional Services works closely with customers to understand requirements and solve business needs.

ProStart Packages

Journyx offers a tested and proven methodology for getting your Timesheet implementation completed professionally. A Timesheet Implementation Specialist will work with you to understand your business time tracking needs. Then that same Implementation Specialist will configure your Timesheet system for you, train your Timesheet administrators, and help you kick off the time tracking project within your organization.

Migration Services

Journyx offers migration services for clients who want to upgrade to the latest version of Timesheet from prior versions. Journyx Professional Services provides a 3 phase approach to assisting our clients accomplish this successfully. Crystal Reports®

Journyx now offers advanced Crystal Reports development, implementation, and consulting to our customers. SCP/FTP Backup Services (ASP Customers Only)

Journyx offers weekly and monthly backups pushed to your SCP or FTP site in either native database format or .jx (Journyx Backup File) format. Restore this data internally to enable your Crystal or other reporting solution to accurately report on your resources. ASP customers interested in this service for Crystal Reporting qualify for a discount on the pricing of this offering.

Database Reconfiguration & Business Needs Analysis
