Journyx Rate Manager™ expands standard Journyx Timesheet payroll and billing automation capabilities. Rate Manager allows organizations with complicated payroll and billing requirements to manage these processes easily and accurately in a single program.

From "smart invoicing" that takes into account multiple billing rates and rules to automatic payroll calculations for overtime and exceptions, our customers use Rate Manager to simplify the task of defining customized policies for handling their unique workforce management needs.

Journyx Rate Manager allows you to:

  • Create rules for payroll & billing adjustments
  • Automatically reject or populate accruals (i.e., flex time, accrued vacation).
  • Sort the target hours by specific periods, days, weekdays/weekends, projects, work types, bill types, etc.
  • Combine multiple rules into policies for each distinct group of employees.
  • Make multiple billing & pay rate adjustments automatically.
  • Run flash reports for exceptions monitoring and cost control.

Journyx Rate Manager is an optional module for Journyx Timesheet and is priced separately.
