Journyx Role Manager™ expands standard Journyx Timesheet role assignment capabilities.

Journyx Role Manager allows organizations with a diverse workforce to define specific levels of access to features and information on an individual basis. From office employees and a traveling sales force to contractors and vendors throughout the service supply chain, our customers use Role Manager to design roles for employees within the company, as well as key parties outside the organization.

Journyx Role Manager allows you to:

  • Create custom roles by choosing from abilities to modify projects, approve employee data, run reports, manage users, make prior period corrections, etc.
  • Assign an employee different roles from group to group, and define custom roles for customer and supplier access.

Journyx Role Manager is included in the purchase price of Journyx Timesheet.
