The Challenge

After years of relying on paper timesheets, SafeNet realized that this was not an efficient or particularly accurate way to track their employees’ time. SafeNet sought a time-tracking system that would facilitate the generation of reports and would work with other tools like Excel or Business Objects without a lot of heavy lifting on their end.

The Journyx Solution

SafeNet uses Journyx Timesheet to track vacation and sick leave along with employee time spent on Engineering projects. Timesheet’s flexibility was of particular importance to SafeNet. The management of SafeNet uses the Report feature to generate a report and export the data to Excel.  These reports provide the Finance department with more timely and accurate insight into the progress of new Engineering projects and the cost of maintenance for legacy products.
