Journyx ProjectXecute allows Department Managers to approve requests for additional time, communicate with resources and accurately schedule future projects.

Department Managers can also run a series of reports to gain information about all of their employees, regardless of the projects they are working on. These reports clarify where employee efforts are being spent, allowing Managers to gauge the profitability of the work that is being done and shift focus if necessary. They can also use the reports to identify how many hours are being worked each week, by employee or by department.
